Whether you know it or not, social media is doing a whole lot to modify the face of our society.  General communication, customer service, "viral" growth, and entirely new pathways of marketing are just some of the more obvious ones.  And, fortunately for the amusement of all of us, it enables things like this:

Appropriate snark?  Check!  Proper differentiation between the genuine product and the knock-off?  Check!  Tongue-in-cheek humor?  Check!
